Lois is the current Community Manager of Esports Wales with experience on the Esports Wales Academy program; working with schools, Higher Education and youth groups to showcase digital skills and careers that people can attain in the esports industry given gaming's current popularity in younger demographics.  

Lois has attended the national and young eisteddfod, senedd appointments and conventions to speak about women in gaming and raise awareness on toxicity, and the importance of maintaining strong good values alongside good sportsmanship when playing games at any level. She continues to offer support to fledgling esports teams that compete in the Welsh esports league.
