Lina Bankert is a leader in BCG's Public Sector and Social Impact practices, specialising in education and government transformation.

She works across pre-K–12, postsecondary, and workforce systems to align education and labour market needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and address barriers to economic mobility. Lina has partnered with government agencies, school systems, foundations, intermediaries, and employers around the world to advance skilling and inclusive growth.

Lina was named to the ASU GSV Workforce Insights Board and serves as a board member and the education lead for BCG’s Centre for Illinois' Future.
