Lex Lang is a passionate innovator in education. He is Deputy Head – Innovation and Partnerships at Caterham Prep. With over two decades of experience in teaching and leadership, Lex is committed to integrating cutting-edge technology into schools to enhance learning and prepare children for the future. As IAPS National Advisor for Digital Innovation, Lex supports schools in developing digital strategies, implementing AI tools, and fostering innovation. A key focus of Lex’s work is AI. He has rolled out RileyBot at a number of schools and led critical research into the impact of AI on students’ independent learning and metacognition. Lex also works with the East Surrey Learning Partnership to promote innovative digital education across state and independent schools.
