Lewis is the founder of Esports Youth Club, a community interest company with a mission to create safe, accessible and fun spaces for young people to experience. Since its formation in 2021, Esports Youth Club has delivered over 1,000 free community gaming sessions for over 7 ,000 young people within communities around South London. Whilst founding Esports Youth Club, Lewis worked at Ukie, the UK trade association for video games, and worked on the Digital Schoolhouse programme, delivering a UK wide scholastic esports programme in partnership with Nintendo. Lewis’s background is deeply rooted in community work, having previously worked for the Met Police and Lambeth Council in varying roles within both policing and housing.
