The founder of the innovative Edsplorer organisation, Leo Thompson is a British international educator who now lives in Vienna, Austria. He is a popular writer and speaker known for his work on global citizenship and inclusion, having designed the iconic Inclusion Umbrella (2022). Before founding Edsplorer, Leo was the Head of Educational Partnerships for learning-to-learn specialists, iCanStudy and a School Support and Evaluation Officer for a leading accreditation agency, The Council of International Schools. His comparative insight into education comes from having worked closely with 80 renowned international schools globally in this supportive capacity over five years. Prior to this he was a teacher and school leader. He is recognised as a Distinguished Fellow by IFIP.
