Lee Hamilton is the Founder and CEO of Attendai, a platform that automates school absence reporting and removes 72 days of manual admin each year. With 25 years’ experience in digital transformation, an MBA, and a background in computer science, data science and machine learning, Lee previously founded and exited a tech company and was recognised as EY Entrepreneur of the Year. Inspired by seeing his wife, a former school attendance officer in a large grammar school, spend four hours a day processing absence reports and requests, he created Attendai to cut errors, stress and costs in schools. Attendai is currently in pilot and seeking additional pilot sites.
