In 2015, I joined Nord Anglia Education as HR Director for one of NAE schools in Switzerland and became part of the regional team in 2018 as Regional Human Resources Director overseeing 18 schools in Europe in 10 different countries. In this capacity, my role consist of creating a culture of sustainable innovation in the workplace to deliver the best education to our students. Attract, develop and retain the best talents while providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all contributors. Choreograph a culture of collaboration, respect, pluralism and trust, while providing the right support to unlock and explore people's potential to prepare our students to support societies around the world. Prior to NAE, I worked for Laureate Universities during 6 years as Global HR Director for their hospitality schools. My experience included shaping people strategy and HR capability in a fast-growing environment. As HR entrepreneur during 5 years, I worked in talent acquisition, HR consulting, leadership development, intercultural coaching and sometimes lecturing. My educational background includes a Master's degree in Human resources and an Associate degree in Psychology. As French mother tongue speaker, I am fluent in English and speak some Spanish. When I am not too tired in raising my 2 teenagers, I try to develop my dancing skills, play flute or keep up with my yoga routine.
