Laura is a project manager who has been responsible for emerging educational trends and developments at Dundee and Angus College for the past eight years. She has a background in digital marketing and event management, but has been working primarily in the gaming and esports field for the past three years. She recently introduced a brand new esports curriculum to D&A, including a foundation degree, school and community pathway courses, commercial courses, kids clubs and holiday camps and opened a suite of top of the range esports studios on campus. She also lectures on the Esports and Creative Industries degree course, and loves working with the students on a number of projects. More recently she has been developing a new green energy curriculum at D&A looking at renewable energy education. Laura is passionate about creating pathways and engagement for all learners, and believes that learning is much more than just a qualification.
