Based in S'o Paulo, Brazil, Lars Jan'r has been active in the local edtech industry for over a decade. He's currently the CEO of Learnbase, an edtech hub that resells top-tier software and content, including Canvas (LMS), Coursera, TestWe, and Wooclap. Between 2015 and 2019, Lars spearheaded Instructure's Latin America expansion, making it the fastest-growing region for the company. In 2020, he co-founded Educbank, the region's first school-focused financial platform, which was partially sold to Vasta Educacao (NYSE:VSTA) in 2022. He also holds the position of Ambassador for Social Entrepreneurship for the London School of Economics in Brazil.
