Kirsty has worked for Education Scotland since 2012 after spending 2 years working for Scottish Government in the Life Long Learning Directorate on Enterprise Education. She started her career in Aberdeen where she spent 15 years working in a number of city and shire schools as a Design and Technology teacher, principal and local authority officer.
Her current role has seen her build a team which provides support and guidance to teachers, schools and local authorities across Scotland in how to develop and sustain digital literacy, computing science and digital learning teaching skills in all learners and teachers.
