Keisha Jackson is the Education Community Go-To-Market Lead for the Microsoft Elevate Skills team, where she leads global strategy for the Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts and the Microsoft Showcase School programs. Based in Seattle, WA, USA, Keisha joined Microsoft in 2018 and has worked across business strategy, to-partner marketing, skilling, education programs, and philanthropies. Prior to joining Microsoft, Keisha worked in higher education at the University of Washington (UW) and Seattle University. She also spent several years working at a nonprofit organization focused on college access. Keisha serves on the boards of Seattle University Board of Regents and the UW Foster School of Business Consulting & Business Development Center as well as local Seattle nonprofits Boyer Children’s Clinic and Treehouse for Kids. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communication from Western Washington University and a Master of Arts in Student Development/Higher Education Administration from Seattle University. Keisha was the recipient of the 2025 Recent Alumna Award from Seattle University! She was also a 2023 recipient of the Puget Sound Business Journals 40 under 40 award. In her free time, Keisha enjoys cooking, socializing, traveling, and long walks in new cities around the world.
