Associate Dean for the MBA and Executive Degrees, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford
Kathy Harvey is Associate Dean for the MBA and Executive Degrees at Said Business School and a Fellow of Keble College at the University of Oxford. She was previously Director of the Executive MBA and of the School's Open Enrolment Programmes and currently leads the Entrepreneurship Project for Executive MBA students, advising start-up teams. She led the school's digital transformation for degree programmes during the pandemic and is currently developing online initiatives within the portfolio. Kathy began her career in broadcast journalism, working as a political correspondent at the BBC and as a freelance newspaper editor before running her own media consulting firm working with senior professional services firms and the UK government. Kathy is an Executive Coach, and is on the advisory board of two start-up firms. She is also a trustee of the Orwell Foundation, which exists to continue the legacy and values of the writer, George Orwell. Kathy read English Literature at Cardiff University and postgraduate Journalism at City University.
