Kathryn Morgan is ASCL Leadership and Workforce Specialist, bringing extensive UK and international experience in teacher workforce strategy, leadership development, and education policy. She began her career in primary education, holding leadership roles including Deputy Headteacher, before moving into senior leadership within a multi-academy trust. Kathryn has since advised governments, universities, and NGOs on leadership systems, curriculum design, and professional learning, and has held senior national roles with the Teaching School Hubs Council and the Teacher Development Trust. She is passionate about sustainable leadership pipelines and workforce capacity and also serves as a trustee and board member at Greenshaw Learning Trust, and the Youth Hostel Association.
