Kate Peckham is the Senior Partnership Manager at UK Coaching. She has been with the organisation for three and a half years and holds a Master's degree in Coaching Science, as well as a postgraduate degree in ICT Strategic Leadership. In her role, Kate provides specialised partnership support to national sports bodies, as well as to Higher Education, Further Education, and training providers. She collaborates strategically with national inclusion partners, including Activity Alliance, Sported, CP Sports, Sense, and Coach Core.

Kate has previously served as a senior programmes manager, where she led multiple national governing body (NGB) and community sports programmes and gained experience in implementing sports governance. As a coach herself, Kate understands the importance of effective and safe coaching. Currently, she is offering consultancy support to British Esports on their Coach Training Solutions.
