Dedicated to encouraging creativity and diversity in technology, Kamona Karim teaches computer science at Putteridge High School. With exceptional achievements, including a 100% pass rate in the BTEC DIT, she co-manages the KS4 GCSE and BTEC DIT courses and oversees the KS3 Computing curriculum. Kamona is a diversity advocate who leads programs like the 'Apps for Good' course, the CyberFirst Girls Competition, and the 'I Belong' ambassador program. She incorporates adaptive teaching methods, encourages extracurricular activities, and coaches aspiring educators to motivate every kid.
