Under Justina’s leadership, IBM is committed to skill 30 million people worldwide by 2030, creating opportunities for people through IBM SkillsBuild. Justina also serves as IBM’s social impact focal point and launched the IBM Sustainability Accelerator, a social innovation program that applies IBM technologies and an ecosystem of experts to scale projects that support communities vulnerable to environmental threats.
