Julie Clugage is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Team4Tech, a Silicon Valley-based nonprofit impact accelerator bridging the digital equity gap in education to create inclusion and opportunities for learners in under-resourced communities around the world. Team4Tech supports more than 900 nonprofits in 90+ countries with technology tools and evidence-based practices to build employability skills for their learners. Julie brings more than 20 years of experience in the world of education, technology and international development. Before founding Team4Tech, she held several positions in Intel's Corporate Affairs Group and Education Market Platforms Group. She has also worked in international development at the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, USAID, and a teacher training high school in rural Guatemala. She holds an MPA from Princeton University, an MBA from UC Berkeley, and an AB from Dartmouth College.
