Before co-founding HeadteacherChat, he served in senior school leadership roles including headteacher, deputy CEO of an academy trust and governor, bringing deep insight into the challenges of school leadership and organisational decision-making.

He is a qualified coach and education consultant, a regular speaker at conferences and webinars on school leadership, and a proud Fellow of The Chartered College of Teaching.

At HeadteacherChat, Jonathan leads on operations, partnerships and delivery, helping translate leadership pressures into practical, time-saving support — including innovative tools like Ask Charlie, an AI-assisted decision helper designed to reduce duplication, prioritise what matters, and produce clear, usable plans without adding to workload.
