John is the Director of Innovation and RGSW International at the Royal Grammar School Worcester Family of Schools. John also teaches History, is an Apple Distinguished Educator and Assistant Head at the Senior School. John ensures that the four RGS Worcester Schools remain at the forefront of digital strategy.

John has experience of working in the state, independent and international sectors and regularly delivers presentations on AI, EdTech, CPD, leadership and management. He has written for publications such as the TES, BETT Newsletter and Independent Schools Magazine and holds an MA in Educational Leadership and Management.

John has a firm understanding of the incredible difference leadership, research and innovation can make to teaching and learning and has a proven track record of successfully project managing shifts in culture to ensure meaningful change.
