John has been an educator for over ten years, specialising in Physical Education and ICT. He spent 8 of these years as a pastoral leader before promotion to his current role as Director of Digital Strategy. John has been a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert for the past three years and is excited to be leading his Academy on their Showcase School journey. He supports the Trust's central teams in using technology systems to improve efficiencies as well as empowering others with digital technology to support the learning and development of staff and pupils.
