Jérôme Nogues
Jérôme is an experienced educator, digital leader, and national CPD facilitator specialising in artificial intelligence and learning. With over 20 years in education, he has led whole-school digital strategy and now works with teachers across the country to rethink teaching in response to AI.
His work centres on the human-mediated use of AI, focusing on when it supports thinking and when it replaces it. Through his work with schools, he has identified emerging patterns in how AI is changing student behaviour, including reduced cognitive effort, increased reliance on generated responses, and shifting perceptions of success.
Jérôme regularly delivers CPD and conference sessions grounded in real classroom practice. His work bridges strategy and practice, helping educators design learning that prioritises thinking, creativity, and meaningful progress in an AI-driven world.
