Jane is a retired Head teacher/SENco specialising in supporting schools to create an inclusive culture and a mentally healthy, trauma informed setting. She has over 37 years of experience in education, including Inspector for Special Needs, Dorset CC, Ofsted inspector, National Leader in Education and Associate tutor for the national SENco award. Jane is passionate about inclusion, levelling up educational opportunities for all pupils and supporting schools to develop a trauma informed approach.

She works within Hamwic Education Trust as part of the inclusion team with an ambition to develop mentally healthy schools, as well as supporting schools with developing SENCo’s as leaders.
