As a highly experienced and effective teacher and leader at Shawley Community Primary Academy (part of the LEO Academy Trust), James has been at the heart of the school journey transforming children’s education through the pedagogy-first approach to using digital technology. James is a champion of deeply inclusive practice, using technology to expand and enhance children’s learning across the curriculum, and breaking down traditional barriers to learning.
