James Browning is Chief Operating Officer at Lift Schools, a trust of 57 schools across England. He leads on operations, estates, technology, HR, and sustainability, driving major transformation programmes to improve how schools work. James also sits on DfE advisory boards for the DfE for both digital and estates, and is proud to be Chair of Governors at Ridgeway Primary School, his local village primary school in Oxfordshire. He is a sector leader in using AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency and free up time for staff to focus on what matters most, our pupils.
