James is a forward-thinking educator and Chief Technology Officer and teacher of Digital Media at London Design and Engineering (LDE) UTC, driving its digital transformation. With a background in apprenticeship training and digital asset creation for brands such as Mattel, Lego, and Sketchfab, he has led LDE UTC’s digital-first model, introducing digital assessments and embedding Intel’s CPD programmes to support both staff and students. Dedicated to innovation, James focuses on AI and digital media courses, preparing students for careers in high-tech industries. Recognised internationally, he is a Gold Intel Ambassador and has advised the London Design Museum and the Baker Dearing Educational Trust. Recently, James and his students hosted an AI workshop for Newham Council and Bloomberg.
