Inge Molenaar is the scientific director of the National Education Lab AI (NOLAI), and a Professor of Education and Artificial Intelligence at the Behavioural Science Institute, Radboud University, Netherlands. With over 25 years of experience in technology and learning, she has successfully navigated roles ranging from entrepreneur to academic.

Dr Molenaar's research focuses on innovative, technology-empowered approaches to optimise human learning and teaching. She envisions Hybrid Human-AI Learning Technologies in which human intelligence is augmented by artificial intelligence to empower learners and educators, leading to more efficient, effective, and adaptive education. The National Education Lab AI (NOLAI) advances the responsible use of AI in education in co-creation between teachers, educational professionals, scientists, and entrepreneurs.
