Iman is an analyst at Open Development and Education and leads the EdTech Hub's portfolio of research and government support in Sierra Leone. After completing her M.Sc. in Statistics, she relocated from the United Kingdom to Sierra Leone. Prior to EdTech Hub, she spent 18 months working in the Minister's Delivery Unit in the Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary School, Sierra Leone as a Data Analyst. As a Country Lead for EdTech Hub, she now works with education stakeholders to develop evidence-based programmes in areas including workforce management and using data for decision-making.
