Huw Morgan Jones leads on surveys and student voice for University of London, the UK’s leading provider of international online, blended and distance education. In partnership with 11 of our federation member universities, the University brings access to higher education to around 40,000 students in more than 190 countries.  

Huw leads on transforming how student feedback data is used in business processes, and on driving improvements in student satisfaction through a range of feedback channels. He holds an MSc in Social Research from Birkbeck and an LLB from the University of Manchester.
