Will is a highly motivated self-starter with extensive experience in the esports industry. His career began as a semi-professional player before transitioning into a managerial role. While pursuing studies in esports at college, he founded CTRL Esports Ltd and took on the role of Director. Will served as a consultant for David Beckham's Guild Esports team and was a keynote speaker at Bett 2023 for Microsoft, where he discussed the potential of integrating esports into education to maintain student engagement. Currently, he is the Chief Operating Officer at the newly established Valhallan.
