Heloise Ardley
Transformation Programme Manager,
Oxford University Press
United Kingdom
In her native French, you would say Heloise is a 'touche-a-tout' or maybe she is just curious to learn new things. She started as a travel editor and then followed the path of Digital Transformation in the Media and Education industry. Passionate about building diverse and happy teams, and improving equity in access to learning opportunities, she joined OUP in March 2022 to drive the Digital Growth programme. Before that, she's held senior roles in Technology, Product Management and Customer Experience across a range of companies and industries, from FinTech start-up to Pearson, and not for profit, as well as running her own business. She is also a school governor and founder of School for Rebels, an after-school club for curious activists.
