Helen is the Director of IT and Cybersecurity at the Rowan Learning Trust. Helen oversees the Trust’s IT operations, teams, and IT risk management, with a particular focus on strengthening cybersecurity across schools. Starting out as an IT Technician in 2016, Helen gradually stepped into more strategic roles, supporting staff and leadership in building resilient systems. With a strong personal interest in cybersecurity, Helen works to improve cyber maturity through technical controls and a focus on staff engagement and awareness, helping to drive a positive cyber culture that empowers staff to make better decisions to protect themselves both at home and at work.
