Heather is a classroom educator with a strong commitment to inclusion, digital learning and Additional Support Needs, with a particular focus on supporting learners with dyslexia. She has experience working alongside Dyslexia Scotland to support staff and pupils across the country, helping to embed inclusive, accessible approaches to teaching and learning. 

As an Apple Distinguished Educator and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE), Heather uses technology, AI and assistive tools to enhance accessibility and engagement, ensuring all learners can succeed. She regularly delivers professional learning sessions, sharing practical strategies, quick guides and classroom-ready approaches with educators. Through her website, social media and outreach, she supports teachers to create inclusive environments where barriers are reduced and every learner is empowered.
