Harmeet Sahota is an accomplished senior leader with 20+ years in education. He is the Executive Headteacher of Sikh Academies Trust (SAT), having previously served as Headteacher of Pioneer Secondary Academy. During his tenure at Pioneer, Harmeet drove growth by enhancing education quality and reputation, increasing the pupil population from 490 to 620 in two years—a testament to his expertise in innovation, efficiency, and change management.

Specialising in school improvement, EdTech innovation, and wellbeing, Harmeet is a Google trainer, leadership consultant, and was formerly the Regional Lead for the EdTech Demonstrator Programme, where he helped schools across the UK adopt effective technology strategies. He has shared insights on change management, sustainable innovation, and education’s future at conferences across Europe and the Middle East.
