Gyungha Kim is the Head of the Student Competency Planning Team in the Student Competency Innovation Division at the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. With 30 years of experience in education - including service as vice-principal, six years as a supervisor, and two years as a senior supervisor - she also holds a Master’s degree in Elementary English Education. As team leader, she oversees policies and initiatives that strengthen students’ core competencies by enhancing foundational literacy, and numeracy.
