Gosia is Director of the Rix Inclusive Research Institute and an Associate Professor at the University of East London.  

A leading advocate for inclusive research, accessible technologies, and Universal Design for Learning, Gosia has worked in academia since 1999. She has led major national and international initiatives advancing the rights and opportunities of people with learning disabilities.  

With her team, she co-developed the Rix Easy Software (Rix Wiki, Rix Easy Survey; Rix Easy Course) transforming person-centred practice across education, health, and social care.
