In UN roles, she has program level implementation experience in crisis contexts and has led teams in the US and Latin America to finance and build early-stage fintech and ecommerce companies. An experienced manager in both private and public organizations, Erin is responsible for diverse HQ and field operations teams, in addition to leading cross sectoral agile teams, including internal colleagues as well as coordinating agile external partner teams for joint collaboration and innovative financing projects.
