Eric Lane is the Director of New Partnerships (Global) at MetaMetrics, where he leads worldwide expansion of Lexile and Quantile frameworks by identifying, cultivating, and empowering strategic partners and distributors in both emerging and established markets.  

He drives global growth initiatives with EdTech organisations, opening high-potential regions (including spearheading MetaMetrics’ entry into Indonesia) and advancing innovative strategies for literacy and workforce readiness. 

Previously, Eric held senior leadership roles at Caliper/PSI and Pearson. His global career began in India, where he directed large-scale assessment and training operations for IBM Daksh and Genpact. He holds degrees from UC Berkeley and the University of Chicago.
