Enzo Guarini is a Curriculum Manager at RNN Group with responsibility for digital, sport, health, childcare, public services, and high needs provision. He leads curriculum strategy, quality improvement, staff development, and employer engagement across further and higher education. Enzo supported the writing of the Pearson BTEC Higher Nationals in Esports 2024, works as a manuscript reviewer, acts as an external examiner, and is a registered dietitian. His work focuses on learner progression, SEND inclusion, inspection readiness, and industry aligned delivery through strong employer and sector partnerships.
