An experienced Education HR professional, working closely with schools for over 18 years, Emma is a practiced senior leader working across primary, secondary and specialist education settings.

Emma is a trained mediator, Safer Recruitment trainer and also acts as a Lay Panelist on behalf of the Teacher Regulation Agency, lending her knowledge and skills to ensure standards within the teaching profession are consistently upheld. 

Exceed Academies Trust is a growing MAT, currently incorporating 10 primary schools, an all-through primary-to-secondary academy, 2 alternative provision academies and a specialist SEMH setting.
