Emily is the Chief Marketing Officer of KEVRI, a female-founded digital startup that's working to celebrate and support university research, knowledge and innovation. Previous to KEVRI, Emily worked as an international education journalist for Study International and wrote bespoke content for 60+ universities. She then also achieved her Masters of Entrepreneurship at Falmouth University alongside her two co-founders Natalie and Corin. Fun fact is that she even used to attend Bett as an education journalist writing about all the new and innovative EdTech, but now she's a Bett Futures exhibitor showcasing her own EdTech startup! Currently, Emily is on a mission to share the KEVRI vision. She will be running an 'Edupreneur content series' to showcase global edupreneurship talent and to share the importance of 'Knowledge Exchange' across the university landscape. 1 From her market research, Emily knows that many academics and university staff still struggle to grasp the concept of 'Knowledge Exchange'. So she uses her marketing skills to help demystify this concept and to encourage business and community engagement across universities.
