Ella Ben-Tov is a Principal Product Manager on the Microsoft Education team, where she drives innovation to transform teaching and learning through technology. Over the past four years, she has led multiple AI in Education initiatives and platform investments aimed at empowering educators and creating more personalized, engaging experiences for students. Most recently, Ella co-leads Microsoft Learning Zone, a new Windows application that uses AI to automatically generate interactive, tailored lessons for learners. Before joining Microsoft Education, Ella spearheaded several cutting-edge AI and BI products at Microsoft, including Azure Video Indexer and Power BI for devices. Based in Israel, she lives with her family and is passionate about the role education plays in building a better world - and believes technology can help teachers and students achieve that vision.
