Dr. Mohd Rozi Ismail is a Deputy Director at Teachers Training Institute Kota Bharu Campus and leads the International and Smart Partnership unit. He holds a PhD degree in Educational Leadership and Management from the Colorado State University and a Masters of Educational Management from Malaya University. He had been a teacher in both primary and secondary schools and a lecturer in Kota Bharu Teachers Training Institute. He was previously the Director of Ministry of Higher Education EM Beijing and Assistant Director of Ministry of Education Teachers Training Institute.
