With 19 years in public education, Emily McRoberts-Froese has taught everything from second grade to high school English and coached nearly every sport, fostering student growth in and beyond the classroom. Holding master’s and doctoral degrees in Instructional Leadership, she has led initiatives that shaped educational strategy and technology integration—most notably guiding a middle school’s 1:1 iOS rollout. She also co-designed and led a virtual school, blending innovation with instructional excellence. Her mission is to create safe, supportive, and empowering environments—physically, emotionally, and digitally—so every student can thrive and confidently pursue their future.
