Dr Atia Rafiq
GP, GP trainer, Chair for MotionInput Games (a UCL Computer Science Spinout), Clinical safety officer, Advisor for the Industry Exchange Network (IXN) for the NHS and Honorary Lecturer at UCL Computer Science, specialising in Computer Science with Healthcare.
Atia looks after patients, train medical doctors, advise governance and national strategies for technology adoption and proof of concept clinical systems design. She reviews and co-supervise projects for Computer Science students, including from IBM and Intel. Atia promotes equitable computing and AI for all, fairness in access and ensuring that women have education access in life starting from a very young age.
