Ahmed Daher is Vice Minister at Egypt’s Ministry of Education, bringing over two decades of experience at the intersection of education technology, cloud computing, and digital transformation. A former Military Technical College faculty member and business consultant to regional technology giants including Microsoft, IBM, Intel, and Oracle, Daher has been instrumental in shaping Egypt’s digital education infrastructure. As founder of the Blockchain Egypt Initiative and former member of the National Committee for Egypt Government Cloud, he combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision. Daher previously served as ICT Advisor to the Minister of Education and has extensive experience in large-scale eLearning deployments across the Middle East. His work focuses on leveraging emerging technologies to modernize education systems and improve learning outcomes at scale.
