Dr Adrian Bustillos is a passionate educational leader with a proven track record of improving student outcomes. Currently, he serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at the Aldine Independent School District in Houston, Texas, leading the Office of Transformation and creating new educational options for 58,000 students.
Dr Bustillos's career spans over 19 years, beginning as a science teacher and progressing to leadership roles. He has a strong foundation in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and school improvement.Throughout his career, Dr. Bustillos has championed innovative approaches to education. He has spearheaded the creation of new schools, implemented successful grant-funded programs, expanded access to high-quality learning options for students, Career Technical Education (CTE), Performing Arts, Visual Arts, online learning, and College, Career and Military Readiness (CCMR).
