Dominik Lukes founded and runs the Reading and Writing Innovation Lab at University of Oxford that collects and reviews various technologies that support academic practice including artificial intelligence. He is the lead author of the Centre for Teaching and Learning's report Beyond ChatGPT: The state of generative AI in academic practice for autumn 2023 and contributed to the report on Transforming Higher Education: How we can harness AI in teaching and assessments. He also publishes a LinkedIn newsletter on AI in Academic Practice. Dominik has been running workshops on AI in academic practice since 2019 and has spoken at a number of international conferences including Ahead by Bett 2023, Revolutionising Higher Education ChatGPT and the Future of Learning, and European Educational Publishers Group conference.
