Denise O’Grady is the CEO and Founder of UniDoodle and a serial EdTech entrepreneur with deep roots in education. She founded Way2Pay in 2013, which was acquired by EVO Payments in 2019. A former school teacher, Denise combines classroom experience with startup leadership to build technology that improves student engagement, learning outcomes, and gives time back to teachers.

She mentors and teaches startups across Ireland with Enterprise Ireland and Local Enterprise Offices, and is a regular public speaker, including at Imagine by DLR LEO (2025). Denise is passionate about using education technology to create meaningful, lasting impact.
