Dean has been Chair of LEO Academy Trust since September 2018, having joined the board in January 2017. With over 40 years of investment banking experience at an executive level, he has also been Director of a risk management consultancy for more than 20 years. His clients include leading global financial institutions, and he has managed projects in the UK and internationally, including New York, Chicago, Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Prague and Singapore. Dean specialises in control and risk management solutions across business processes. He is interim Chair of Governors at West Ashtead and Hurst Park Primary Academies, serves on the LEO Foundation CIO board, is a Member for Olive Academies Trust, Trustee and Treasurer of the Chris Donovan Trust, and a Governor at The Limes College.
