David, an experienced Headteacher recognised for delivering improvement across challenging schools in East London. His passionate and dynamic leadership stems from a deeply held philosophy that all children can, and should, achieve - regardless of personal circumstances...He fundamentally believes that children achieve when learning is creative, engaging and relevant whilst supported by an exciting programme of enrichment. This philosophy has been forged by working in five challenging, yet contrasting, schools in three differing London boroughs, as well as voluntary teaching through Christian organisations in Ghana, South Africa and Kazakhstan with pupils aged from five to twenty-five. His driving force is to make a difference to those pupils for whom life is difficult, ensuring they are also provided with experiences that parents may struggle to offer.
